Welcome to the "2019 AAC Golf Event" Registration Page

We would like to welcome all of our patients to participate in our 18th Annual Golf Event to Benefit Local Charities in the Community.  Please sign up your entire team at this point when registering even if you choose not to pay at this time.  This will make it easier to organize the event for the Golf Shop Staff at Ballston Spa Country Club.  The fee will be the same as last year at $80/Player. 

We look forward to seeing everyone for this fun filled day.  We will have Breakfast sandwiches in the morning and a lunch buffet after golf.  The format will be a 4 person Scramble for all players.  The date of the Event will be Monday September 23rd with it being a 9:00 am Shotgun Start.
